During onsite inspection, Licensor observed the cord to a printer and electronic charging device capable of forming a loop near the dining table outlet accessible to children. (2)(c) During onsite inspection, Licensor observed blackberry bushes growing out from under the outdoor deck with thrones posing a risk of punctures accessible in the licensed outdoor space. (3)(a) During onsite inspection, Licensor observed an outlet in the licensed bathroom 8 inches from a water source (hose to the washing machine) not equipped with a GFCI outlet type or blank plated.
